Ed & Sally O’Neill welcome you to The Andes Hotel!

A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Ed spent the first eight years of his career honing his craft under the mentorship of some of America’s most celebrated chefs. After spending three years with Charlie Palmer from Aureole restaurant, he moved on spending three more with George Masraff, of the historic Tavern on The Green and Windows on the World.

Sally grew up in the “business” working with her family at a small summer resort and at The Lobster Inn, a favorite local seafood restaurant in the Hamptons. Sally’s background in the restaurant and hospitality industry, combined with the experience gained while working in the entertainment industry after college, are key to her success as General Manager; overseeing event coordination, publicity and financial management.
