CANCELATION POLICY

As a small, personally run lodging establishment, we are particularly reliant on advanced reservations. Accordingly, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Cancellation of a room one week prior to the date of reservation is acceptable without any penalty whatsoever. If you cancel within that one week, and we are not booked, there is still no penalty whatsoever. If you cancel within one week of your reservation, and we are booked, we will try to rent the room to someone else. If we are able to rent the room, there is no penalty whatsoever.

If we are unable to rent the room, there is a charge of $80 per night billed to the credit card provided at the time you made your original reservation. Cancellation or no show charges are non-refundable and non-transferable. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
