Ed & Sally O'Neill are your hosts at The Andes Hotel. Ed, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, spent the first eight years of his career under the tutelage of a few of America's most celebrated Chefs. After spending three years with Charlie Palmer from Aureole restaurant, he moved on to spend three more with George Masraff from The Tavern on The Green and Windows on The World.
Sally grew up in the "business" working with her family at a small summer resort and at a local seafood restaurant, The Lobster Inn, in the Hamptons. Sally's background in the restaurant and lodging industry, combined with the experience she gained while working in the entertainment industry after college, are the key to her success in the role as General Manager and with events coordination, publicity and financial management. DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From NY Interstate 87:
Get off at Exit 19 (Kingston); you will enter the traffic circle and make the first possible right onto "Route 28 (West) Pine Hill". Remain on Route 28 for approximately 50 miles. Follow the rivers such as the Esopus and east branch of the Delaware River until you see the sign, "Andes Welcomes You" on the right, and the Andes Hotel, will be one mile ahead on the left.
Directions from the road formerly known as Route 17 (now Route86):
through Sullivan County to Roscoe, where you exit and go north on Route 206 until you reach the Pepacton Reservoir. Go right around the reservoir until you see the bridge, crossing over here. At the end of the bridge take the left, driving up County Highway 1 (Tremperskill Rd.) right into town.
